Kartesz Eye Care is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This site is built with semantic landmarks, a skip-to-content link, visible keyboard focus indicators, descriptive alternative text for images, text that meets AA contrast requirements, and support for reduced-motion preferences.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review new pages and features as they are published and correct issues that are reported to us.

Reporting a barrier

If you encounter a page, document, or feature you cannot use, please call us at 540-562-3458 and tell us what you were trying to do. We will help you directly and work to fix the issue. Please do not include personal health information in written messages.

In our offices

All three of our offices are accessible to patients using wheelchairs and mobility devices. If you need particular assistance during your visit, tell us when you schedule and we'll make arrangements.
